This series is a set of portraits mixing figurative, street art and abstract art.

I start with an abstract background, then with a spray can I briefly draw my portrait. I finish in a more traditional way, mixing technique with knives and brushes.

The basic idea is to create a portrait with an intense expression or gaze and integrate it into the background of the painting. As man belongs and is part of the universe, my character merges with the background which is his own universe.

I want to show a reality different from the one we see, a distorted and colored reality.

I like to mix the knife and the brush to create a relief in a new dimension on the board.
